    Just what you need at the time you need it  Mar 20, 2003
    Victoria provides motivation, help, tracking and easy to follow diet. She teaches you how to feel about yourself in order to get you on the right track. You have to be ready for true weight loss before you start reading this book. If you are not ready and motivated, than no, its not for you. I have all of her workout videos also, and they really do help. You need to get with the program and change your additude in order to be successful. Victoria really cares because she too has been there.

    I didn't really find anything new or different in this book. I ordered it because the other two reviews on this site.com gave it such high recommendations, but I wasn't especially impressed with it. A lot of the book was taken up with stories/examples of people's successes which didn't read that differently than the free ones you can read about on numerous on-line sites. I would have appreciated more specifics and less repetition. I didn't find this book especially inspiring.

    This is the only program that has helped me lose weight! I have searched and searched but Victoria knows what it's like to be overweight and what it takes to change that destructive path and get you heading in the right direction.
