| I got this book for Christmas, and want to make sure everyone in my family reads it or gets a copy!! My parents especially will benefit from it, with the history of heart problems in our family. All the changes the author talks about have really helped me get healthier and feel much better. It's nice to read a warm, personal narrative that you almost forget is a "health" book.
