Bought this one on the recommendation of our Children's Pastor. My daughter was a little dissapointed that it wasnt "cuter" but it serves its purpose and that is not to be cute but to teach God's word.

| We bought this Bible for a class of preschoolers that my husband and I teach at church and also bought one for our four year old. Our son loves it, he never forgets it when we go to church and loves to sit and just look through the pages at home and during church. The pictures are great and the children love to look at them. I think the thing that my husband and I like most about this children's Bible is that it is a verse by verse Bible not just a story book. | This is the actual Bible, verse by verse, not a story book, written in language that your younger children can easily understand! There are abbreviated stories for the youngest children, and the pictures are outstanding! The pictures are realistic, not 'cartoony looking' characters. This is especially helpful when trying to teach the Bible is real, about real people, and real events. I love this Bible and have used it to teach my own children as well as numerous children in our church. They love this Bible as well and get really excited when I show it to them.
